Welcome to Spandan

Spandan is a non-profit initiative, started in 2006. Spandan strives to provide Career Guidaince to the children primarily from government schools and to help them choose a career which is better aligned to their interests. Spandan organizes Career Counselling sessions and other various activities at various government schools. Spandan also conducts individual counseling with students, helping them realize their potential by identifying their interests and suggesting a potential career path.

We, the founders and volunteers of Spandan, hail from the same area. We have first-hand experience of the problems faced by students of these areas. And it is our belief that awareness of the options available can lead the students to a better future.

We help the students in following ways:
